Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates was honored to attend the recent Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce LNG Growth Luncheon, where business leaders, industry partners, and community members came together to recognize the lasting impact of those who have helped shape Southeast Texas while looking ahead to the region's continued growth.

Deb Cowart and her husband, Mic, were grateful guests of the Mark Viator family as the community paid tribute to the late Mark Viator, former Sabine Pass Port Authority Director, whose leadership and dedication left a lasting legacy throughout Southeast Texas. A leadership award was presented to his family in his honor.
The luncheon also featured an insightful discussion led by moderator Anya McInnis with representatives from Cheniere, Port Arthur LNG, and Golden Pass LNG, highlighting the tremendous economic impact these projects continue to have on our communities.
From job creation and infrastructure investment to increased demand for industrial, office, retail, and commercial properties, the future of Southeast Texas has never been brighter.

At Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates, we're proud to be part of a region where visionary leadership, strategic investment, and commercial real estate work
together to build stronger communities.
